About us
Creating botanical knobs is our passion
It began with walks among the meadows and forests of the Beskidy Mountains in southern Poland, which would end with armfuls of fragrant flowers and herbs. Then hydrangeas, roses, heathers and lavender settled into our garden. Finally came the idea of how to capture and preserve nature's beauty in full bloom. And so our floral knobs were born, made from start to finish in our studio. Each knob is as unique and exceptional as the nature around us, and can become luxurious jewellery for your furniture.
We are a small family workshop and there are just the two of us. No flower here passes through anyone else's hands: we pick every one, dry it and cast it ourselves.

A real flower
We pick every flower ourselves, in full bloom, on the meadows of the Beskidy Mountains or in our own garden. We do not buy dried flowers in bulk: we wait for each plant to come into bloom.
Then it dries for weeks, until the last of the moisture is gone. Only then does it go into the resin.

FAQ
Before you order
Will my knob look exactly like the photo?
No, and that is the most beautiful part. Each one is made by hand with real dried flowers, so the arrangement of petals, the shade and the tiny air bubbles come out differently every time. The photos show a particular example of each design. Yours will be similar, but never identical, and that is exactly the point.
Which size should I choose?
The easiest way is to measure the knob you are replacing: its diameter, or the length of its side, is the number you are looking for. Spheres come in 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm, squares in 25 and 30 mm, and the pastille in 30 mm. If you are fitting knobs from scratch, go by the size of the front: the larger the drawer, the more natural a larger knob looks on it. It is also worth knowing how far a knob stands off the front: about 13 mm for a sphere, 8 mm for a square or a pastille. And if you are not sure, simply write to us and send a photo of the furniture. We will be happy to advise.
What is the difference between the finishes?
The finish is the resin behind the flower, white or black. Pure is simply a fully crystal-clear knob, so you can see straight through it. The flower itself always sits in clear resin and the white or black is a layer behind it, so the flower keeps its own colour and only what you see it against changes. The price is the same whichever finish you choose.
Do the flowers fade over time?
They do not. The resin we use is UV-resistant, so the colours stay just as they were on the day we picked the flowers.
How do ordering and payment work?
Buy wherever suits you best: on Allegro or on Etsy. You choose the design, the shape, the finish and the size, and pay right there.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to every European Union country, and those orders go through Etsy. Shipping to the EU is €7.90 whatever the country, and every additional knob in the same parcel travels for €0.00, so on a few pieces the delivery cost all but disappears. The parcel goes by post and usually takes 3-5 working days. We do not ship outside the EU for now: the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United States are closed.
How do I care for the knobs and handles?
Just wipe them with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Our botanical knobs and handles don't require any special treatment, but avoid solvents and abrasive creams. The resin we use to encapsulate the dried flowers is hard, but harsh chemicals can dull it.
